Quarterly Updates. Not later than January 31, March 1, June 1, and September 1 of each fiscal year, ATP shall provide City Finance staff with a quarterly update in the same form as provided to the ATP Board of Directors (each a "Quarterly Update"). The Quarterly Update shall include a summary of current revenues, current administrative expenses, transit-supportive anti-displacement investments, and capital expenditures for the then-current fiscal year.

Quarterly Updates. The Company agrees to file with the Commission in this docket and to provide to all persons on the DSM Roundtable Distribution List, within forty-five days following the end of each quarter, written quarterly updates, describing the implementation status for all programs included in the DSM Plan, including the energy and demand savings achieved, and expenditures made by program, and any changes in the way a program is being implemented.
