Quarterly Updates. Except as otherwise set forth herein, following its initial provision, Google will update on a quarterly basis information provided pursuant to this Paragraph 10 that is required for the Interested Institution to meet its obligations with respect to the Collective Terms, Digitization Agreements, or Library-Registry Agreements. Except as otherwise set forth herein, within a reasonable period following receipt of a written request, Google will update the information provided by Google pursuant to this Paragraph 10 following its initial provision to the Institution, but in no event shall it be obligated to update such information more frequently than quarterly. The information provided under this Paragraph 10 shall be accurate as to Google’s knowledge at the time of its provision to the Designated Representative, the Institution or the public, as the case may be.
Quarterly Updates. In addition to the Pre-Development Plan required in Section 2.10(a), the Development Team will provide quarterly updates of the Pre-Development Plan and Pre-Development Budget to the Authority no later than October 1, January 1, April 1, and July 1 of each fiscal year (each a “Quarterly Update”).
Quarterly Updates. Not later than January 31, March 1, June 1, and September 1 of each fiscal year, ATP shall provide City Finance staff with a quarterly update in the same form as provided to the ATP Board of Directors (each a "Quarterly Update"). The Quarterly Update shall include a summary of current revenues, current administrative expenses, transit-supportive anti-displacement investments, and capital expenditures for the then-current fiscal year.
Quarterly Updates. The Borrower shall furnish to the Holders as soon as available, but in any event, within 45 days after the end of the fiscal quarter of the Borrower in which any material changes in the information set forth in such exhibits occurs, supplements to Exhibits 2.1 and 2.2 showing such changes in the information set forth in such exhibits not previously furnished to the Holders in writing, which supplements must be reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, as well as any changes in the Charter, Bylaws or incumbency of officers of the Obligors from those previously certified to the Agent.
Quarterly Updates. The Company agrees to file with the Commission in this docket and to provide to all persons on the DSM Roundtable Distribution List, within forty-five days following the end of each quarter, written quarterly updates, describing the implementation status for all programs included in the DSM Plan, including the energy and demand savings achieved, and expenditures made by program, and any changes in the way a program is being implemented.
Quarterly Updates. On a quarterly basis, the Parties shall confirm the material list, unit price, minimum order quantity, lead time, and supplier information for each Product, provided that EMCORE is entitled to specify the procurement channels for critical parts/components.
Quarterly Updates. For each Reserved Antigen, until such time as such Reserved Antigen becomes a Target or is removed from the Reserved Antigen List, Mersana will, on a calendar quarterly basis, inquire with Synaffix pursuant to the procedure set forth in Section 2.2(b) of the Synaffix Agreement whether such Reserved Antigen has become a Synaffix Unavailable Target. Mersana will promptly notify Xxxxxxx after becoming aware that any Reserved Antigen has become a Synaffix Unavailable Target. In such event, Xxxxxxx shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to either (a) update the Reserved Antigen List to replace such Reserved Antigen with a new Proposed Antigen pursuant to Section 3.1.2 or (b) keep such Reserved Antigen on the Reserved Antigen List, subject to Section 3.4.3.
Quarterly Updates. For the calendar years 2013 and 2014, Tenant may request (which notice may be made by email notice with a telephone confirmation) from Landlord updates on the actual amounts incurred by Landlord for Operating Costs, Impositions, Electrical Costs and Chilled Water Costs for the previous calendar quarter, which statements shall be provided by Landlord no later than fifteen (15) days following Tenant’s request (but in no event shall Landlord be required to deliver such statements for a calendar quarter any earlier than forty (40) days following the end of such calendar quarter). The level of detail of such statements shall be the same level of detail that Landlord normally prepares in the ordinary course of its quarterly budgeting process and shall include Landlord’s budgeting forecast for the next quarter and/or the remaining calendar year to the extent such forecast was prepared by Landlord during such budgeting process.
Quarterly Updates. Not later than five (5) days prior to the first day of January, April and July in each Fiscal Year during the term of this Agreement, Lafarge shall update its yearly forecasts supplied pursuant to Section 5.1(a) by providing to the Company a written forecast in the same format for the next succeeding twelve (12) months. Not later than five (5) days after receipt of each of Lafarge’s quarterly forecasts, the Company shall update its yearly forecast supplied pursuant to Section 5.1(a) by providing to Lafarge a written forecast in the same format for the next succeeding twelve (12) months.
Quarterly Updates. On July 31 and October 31 of each year, Tenant shall submit to Landlord a "Quarterly Update" consisting of a revised Annual Projection for the current calendar year which shall include actual financial performance, including Gross Sales, net operating profit or loss, and Net Cash Flow through the close of the preceding calendar quarter.
