Rest Break 6.4.10(a) An employee working overtime must be allowed a rest break of 20 minutes without deduction of pay after each four hours of overtime worked if the employee is to continue work after the rest break.
Rest Breaks Employees shall receive a fifteen (15) minute break during each four (4) hours worked. It is the Employer's intention to provide uninterrupted rest breaks.
H3 Break H3.1 The Authority shall have the right to terminate the Contract at any time by giving three (3) Months’ written notice to the Contractor. The Authority may extend the period of notice at any time before it expires, subject to agreement on the level of Services to be provided by the Contractor during the period of extension.
Coffee Break 23:01 The Employer shall recognize a paid coffee break period of 15 minutes duration in each half of a shift, whether during a normal work day or on shift work.
Coffee Breaks The Company will provide two (2) fifteen (15) minute coffee breaks during each work day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Lunch Break Each Teacher shall receive each day an uninterrupted and continuous period of not less than forty (40) minutes for lunch, free from supervisory, teaching or other assigned duties (reference: Regulation 298.s. 3, Daily Sessions).
MEAL PERIODS AND REST BREAKS 4.1 Except when required for urgent or emergency work and except as provided in 4.2 no employee shall be required to work for more than five hours continuously without being allowed a meal break of not less than half an hour.
Lunch and Rest Breaks (a) Normally, a non-paid lunch break of either one half (½) hour or one (1) hours duration will be taken halfway through each shift. However, if job conditions require, the lunch break may be moved up to one (1) hour in either direction.
Collocation Decommission Collocation Decommission refers to the deactivation of a Collocation site occupied by CLEC and removal of CLEC equipment. Collocation Decommission is offered for all types of Collocation. A request for decommissioning is irrevocable once CenturyLink accepts the Collocation Decommission Application.
Tie Breaker In the event a reduction in number of teachers creates a situation requiring that a choice be made among teachers who have equal seniority, the selection of the teacher(s) for purposes of reduction shall be at the discretion of the School District based on criteria including performance, training, experience, skills in special assignments, special or advanced certifications obtained in the teacher’s field and subject matter employed, and other relevant factors.
