Exterior Cleaning. Maintain entire building exterior, including metal work, entrance doors, building trim and exterior window frames and mullions. Clean standpipes, and sprinkler connections and hose bibs.
Exterior Cleaning. 1. Perform cleaning in accordance with Airline’s written instructions of flight deck windows.
2. Clean cargo compartments and ULDs.

Exterior Cleaning. Maintain exteriors of parking lot(s), exterior walkways, breezeways, entryways, planted areas and grounds within a minimum of twenty (20) feet of the building perimeter to include the following: • Empty and re-line trash cans and cigarette urns, pick up trash and recyclables around dumpster/container and place in appropriate dumpster/container. No plastic liners and bags shall be placed into the County’s outside recycling containers designated for the recycling Contractor pick-up. • Empty cigarette urns • Pick up debris and litter, including cigarette butts around building perimeter • Mopping of water from breezeways • Clean break areas (including those beyond the twenty (20) feet perimeter)
Exterior Cleaning. Empty all exterior trash receptacles.
2. Weekly a. Contractor shall disinfect all surfaces of partitions, stalls, stall doors, entry doors (including handles, kick plates, ventilation grates, and metal guards), and wall areas adjacent to wall- mounted lavatories, urinals, and toilets. Floor Maintenance The City currently has the following types of flooring: • VCT – Stripping and waxing or buffing • Tile Ceramic – Deep cleaning • Polished concrete – Deep cleaning • LVT – Deep cleaning 1. All pricing for floor maintenance shall be based on a square foot price of flooring. Floor maintenance pricing is optional and will not be considered in the determination of the award. Additional pricing for floor maintenance shall be provided for the following services upon request: A - 2
a. Stripping and waxing b. Deep cleaning c. Buffing 2. The City will make the determination when floors are to be deep cleaned, stripped and waxed, or buffed. Exterior/Elevated Window Cleaning Exterior and interior elevated window washing pricing shall include the rental of any necessary equipment. Interior ground-level window cleaning is already included in the cleaning schedule, weekly. Exterior and elevated interior/exterior window cleaning services will need to be completed quarterly, then interior ground-level windows will be completed on the same day. Emergency Services Upon notification, the Contractor shall perform emergency cleaning required in any building, area, or room covered under this contract. The Contractor shall begin emergency work, as determined by the point of contact, within one (1) hour of notification, which may be verbal. Emergency cleaning services will be priced per hour and will not be considered in the determination of the award.
Exterior Cleaning. Empty all trash receptacles in the front tile atrium and lobby area only - clean and wet mop every other day or if floor is badly soiled for a uniform appearance. All door mats inside/outside of all exterior doors must be swept daily and free of debris.
Exterior Cleaning. LRV exteriors shall be clean before entering Revenue Service. A LRV exterior is clean if a trackside inspection of a vehicle entering Revenue Service reveals: • no discoloration of car body due to surface dirt, grime, marks, stains, or other matter; • no visible presence of carbon dust from pantograph on the car body; • no visible presence of mud, grease, road salt, or other foreign matter on the car body; and • no accumulation of dirt, soap film, water marks, or other foreign matter on exterior glass.
