RANGE RULES. LCSSC may establish rules, regulations and policies concerning the operation of the Range (the “Rules”) from time to time. The Rules and all changes thereto shall be provided to the Range Users and shall be posted on the web-site. You acknowledge and agree to follow the Rules at all times, and to insure that your guests and family members follow such rules. Any violation of the Rules by you or your guests or family members shall be grounds for immediate suspension or termination of all of or a portion of your Range Use privileges.

I agree to fol- low all of the basic rules of firearm safety during my visit to Prescott Shooting Range and during the use of its range and facilities. I AGREE THAT THE RANGE MASTER MAY INSPECT MY FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION AT ANYTIME DURING MY VISIT TO PRESCOTT SHOOTING RANGE AND HAS THE RIGHT TO PROHIBIT ITS USE AT THE RANGE UNLESS BEING TRAINED BY PRESCOTT SHOOTING RANGE PER- SONNEL OR PRE-QUALIFIED BY PRESCOTT SHOOTING RANGE, QUICK DRAW SHOOTING FROM A HOLSTER IS PROHIBITED ONLY AMMUNITION PURCHASED AT PRESCOTT SHOOTING RANGE MAY BE USED IN RENTED FIREARMS. THE FOLLOWING AMMUNITION IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE SHOT ON THE RANGE: BLACK POWDER, BIRD SHOT (00 BUCK SHOT AND SLUGS OK), .50BMG, .338 LAPUA, TRACER, INCENDIARY OR GREEN-TIP (STEEL-CORE) AMMUNITION.   • HOUSE RULES RESIDENT shall comply with all house rules as stated on separate addendum, but which are deemed part of this rental agreement, and a violation of any of the house rules is considered a breach of this agreement.

  • THE RULES 4.1 Schedule 1 to this Agreement which sets out the Rules for the operation of Climate Change Agreements has effect. 4.2 The Sector Association agrees to comply with the Rules.

  • WORK RULES The State may change or adopt work rules during the term of this Agreement but such changed or adopted work rules shall not be inconsistent with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Whenever such work rules are to be changed or adopted, they shall be posted on bulletin boards in the appropriate organizational units for seven (7) days before they are to become effective. Simultaneously with such posting a copy of same shall be forwarded to MSEA-SEIU. Upon request by MSEA-SEIU the State will meet and consult with MSEA-SEIU on the proposed changed or new rules.

  • Applicable Rules Where a matter relating to investment is governed by this Agreement and simultaneously by the national legislation of either Contracting Party or international obligations existing at present or future by the contracting parties, investors of the other contracting party may avail itself of the provisions that are most favourable.
