Guests and Family Members. All guests of Seasonal Campers must pay an entrance fee prior to entering our Property unless they possess an Annual Entrance or Golden Hoosier Pass which can be purchased at the Main Office or the Front Gatehouse. Please keep in mind that Seasonal Campers are responsible for their actions and those of their guests. Seasonal Campers are responsible and liable for all damages that you, your family, and/or your guests cause regardless of whether or not the Seasonal Camper is present. All Seasonal Campers are responsible for informing their guests of the rules, regulations and guidelines. With the two vehicle limit at each site, guests may need to park their vehicles in the lower (northernmost) parking lot at the beach. Parking in the street in the camping area and on the grass is prohibited. All guests and family members must launch their boats from the Miami SRA ramp unless they are camping in the Modern Campground, then they can use the Modern Campground Mooring Area if desired. The only boats allowed to launch from the Seasonal Campground boat ramp are those that are registered to Seasonal Campers. Watercraft that are not required to be registered by the State of Indiana may be launched in the seasonal mooring area by guest and family members. Each site includes two water spigots. The Seasonal Camper shall turn off water when it is not in use. No watering of grass is permitted. Water hookup must be made with an RV-approved hose and is not to be buried. No car washing is allowed at the site. When you leave your camping unit for 24 hours or more, the water connection must be shut off to avoid losing substantial volumes of water in the event a hose or connection leaks or breaks. This will also protect your unit from a possible plumbing failure and subsequent flooding of the camping unit. Sewer hookups must be sealed. Rubber donut seals are recommended. The Property assumes no responsibility for plugged tanks or sticking valves. Maintenance and lubrication of valves is the responsibility of the Seasonal Camper. Septic chemicals and rapidly-dissolving toilet tissue must be used. Please remember to leave a small amount of grey water in your tank. Leaking valves, hoses, and tanks will result in the unit being required to be removed from the Property until the malfunction has been repaired. Subject to applicable law, University rules and policy, the Contract Holder may allow guests to visit their assigned apartments. “Guest” - means an individual who has been personally invited by a Contract Holder to enter into the Contract Xxxxxx’s apartment. Guests are permitted to visit for a period of time, not to exceed 72 consecutive hours. Any guests wishing to visit longer must be registered with and approved by University Housing staff. Certain stipulations apply. Guests are not permitted to reside in (or occupy) the apartment on a long term basis.

  • Family Members Family Members shall mean, as applied to any individual, any parent, spouse, child, spouse of a child, brother or sister of the individual, and each trust created for the benefit of one or more of such Persons and each custodian of a property of one or more such Persons.

  • Immediate family or household (1) The entitlement to use carer’s leave and compassionate leave in accordance with this clause is subject to the person being either: (a) a member of the employee’s immediate family; or (b) a member of the employee’s household.

  • Immediate Family Immediate family includes husband, wife, child, stepchild, brother, brother-in-law, stepbrother, sister, sister-in-law, stepsister, grandmother, grandfather, grandchild, parent, stepparent, mother-in-law, father-in-law, or any person serving as a parent, or who has served as a parent, or any other close person living in the same household as the employee.

  • Family Member Family member is defined as the employee’s spouse or same or opposite sex domestic partner, child, parent, grandparent, grandchild, sister, or brother. Family member also includes individuals in the following relationships with the employee’s spouse or domestic partner: child, parent and grandparent. “Child” also includes any child residing in the employee’s home through xxxxxx care, legal guardianship or custody. Family members include those persons in a “step” relationship.

  • Death in the Immediate Family An allowance of up to five (5) days leave shall be granted. Immediate family shall be considered as father, mother, spouse, child, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law, and grandparents, or any member of the immediate household.

  • Illness in the Immediate Family 10.1 A unit member may be granted up to four days’ absence per fiscal year with full pay because of serious illness in the immediate family of the unit member requiring the actual presence of that unit member.

  • Death in Immediate Family A regularly scheduled employee may be granted up to five days of leave of absence with pay by the Agency/Department Head because of death in the immediate family. An employee shall be allowed to take such leave within a four week period. For purposes of this subsection, "immediate family" means mother, stepmother, father, stepfather, husband, wife, domestic partner (upon submission of an affidavit as defined in the appendices), son, stepson, daughter, stepdaughter, brother, sister, grandparent, grandchild, xxxxxx parent, xxxxxx child, mother-in-law, and father-in-law, or any other person sharing the relationship of in loco parentis; and, when living in the household of the employee, a brother-in-law, sister-in-law. Entitlement to leave of absence under this subsection shall be only for all hours the employee would have been scheduled to work for those days granted, and shall be in addition to any other entitlement for sick leave, emergency leave, or any other leave.

  • How to Add or Remove Coverage for Family Members If your plan offers family coverage, you must notify your employer if you want to add or remove family members according to the Special Enrollment provisions described above. When adding or removing a family member, inform your employer in advance of the requested effective date and your employer will notify us. All requests must be made through your employer. We cannot directly add or remove coverage for you or your family members.

  • Guests There shall be no other persons living on the Premises other than the Tenant and any Occupant(s). Guests of the Tenant are allowed for periods not lasting for more than 48 hours unless otherwise approved by the Landlord in writing.

  • Children/Grandchildren An employee may purchase life insurance in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) as a package for all eligible children/grandchildren (as defined in Section 2A2 and 2A3 of this Article). For a new employee, child/grandchild coverage requires evidence of insurability if application is made after the initial effective date of coverage as defined in this Article, Section 5C. An employee who becomes eligible for insurance may purchase child/grandchild coverage without evidence of insurability if application is made within thirty (30) days of the initial effective date as defined in this Article. Child/grandchild coverage commences fourteen (14) calendar days after birth.
