Rate of pay and classification. (a) An Emergency Teacher’s rate of pay and classification shall not be subject to clauses 54 to 58 inclusive. (b) An Emergency Teacher shall be paid at the following rates under this Agreement: 1 April 2020 $62.76 $376.54 1 October 2020 $63.86 $383.13 (c) An Emergency Teacher is entitled to have payments made into an approved superannuation fund in respect of all hours worked, in accordance with clause 42.5.
Rate of pay and classification. 4.1.1 An Employee’s minimum rate of pay will be the rate prescribed at Schedule 1. 4.1.2 Each Employee will have a Job Description. Each Job Description will be classified according to its Hay Point Ranking. A Hay Point Ranking is an externally approved method of evaluating jobs. 4.1.3 The job grades and the Hay Points applicable to that grade are contained in Schedule 1. 4.1.4 The appointment to a step within each grade at Schedule 1 is dependent upon an Employee’s performance.

  • Rate of Pay a. An Employee who is employed as a teacher teaching on call shall be paid 1/189 of his/her category classification and experience, to a maximum of the rate at Category 5 Step 7, for each full day worked. b. Effective July 1, 2016, an Employee who is employed as a teacher teaching on call shall be paid 1/189 of his/her category classification and experience, to a maximum of the rate at Category 5 Step 8, for each full day worked.

  • WAGE RATES AND CLASSIFICATIONS Classifications and the hourly wage rates applicable thereto are contained in the Appendices attached to and forming part of this Agreement.

  • CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES OF PAY ‌ 4.1 The classifications of employees covered under this Agreement and the corresponding rates of pay are set forth within Appendix “A” which is attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement. 4.2 Effective December 26, 2018,wages will be increased by .5% plus 100% of the annual average growth rate of the bi-monthly Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the period June 2016 through June 2017 to the period June 2017 through June 2018, minimum 1.5% maximum 4%. 4.2.1 Effective December 25, 2019, wages will be increased by 1% plus 100% of the annual average growth rate of the bi-monthly Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the period June 2017 through June 2018 to the period June 2018 through June 2019, minimum 1.5%, maximum 4%. 4.2.2 Effective January 6, 2021, wages will be increased by 1% plus 100% of the annual average growth rate of the bi-monthly Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue Area Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for the period June 2018 through June 2019 to the period June 2019 through June 2020, minimum 1.5%, maximum 4%. 4.2.3 The base wage rates referenced above will be calculated by applying the appropriate percentage increase to base hourly rates or as otherwise provided for herein.   • Rate of Payment Community service leave for voluntary community service is granted with pay for the first three days leave in a twelve month period to all employees except casual employees.
