Rate of pay increases a) The employer will ensure that the Agreement complies with the Australian Fair Pay and Conditions Standard throughout the operation of the Agreement, including any increases to the relevant Australian Pay and Classification Scale or the Federal Minimum Wage, as applicable to the employee.
Rate of pay increases. The rates of pay prescribed in clause 18 of this Agreement will be effective on the Agreement being approved by a majority of relevant employees who cast a valid vote. The ordinary rate of pay prescribed in this Agreement will increase in each year of its operation by 4% from the first pay period in January of each year as per table 19.1. Rate of pay increases. The ordinary rate of pay prescribed in clause 16 of this Agreement will be effective on the agreement being approved by a majority of relevant who cast a valid vote. The rate of pay will increase over the life of the agreement as set out below.
Rate of pay increases. Rate of pay increases. The ordinary rate of pay prescribed in this Agreement (Appendix 1A) will increase by 4% from the first full pay period on or after the 1st January each year until the nominal expiry date of this Agreement.
