Basis of Compensation The Owner shall compensate the Architect/Engineer for the services provided in accordance with Article 7. Payments to the Architect/Engineer shall be as follows:
Compensation and Method of Payment Subject to any limitations set forth below or elsewhere in this Agreement, District agrees to pay Consultant the amounts specified in Exhibit B “Compensation”. Callout Compensation A regular employee who is called back to work outside their regular working hours shall be compensated for a minimum of three hours at overtime rates. They shall be compensated from the time they leave their home to report for duty until the time they arrive back upon proceeding directly to and from work.
