Rating of Overall Educator Performance. The Educator’s (or Content Coordinator’s) overall performance rating is based on the Evaluator’s professional judgment and examination of evidence of the Educator’s (or Content Coordinator’s) performance against the four Performance Standards and the Educator’s (or Content Coordinator’s) attainment of goals set forth in the Educator Plan, as follows: i) Standard 1: Curriculum, Planning and Assessment (Content Coordinators - & Teaching) ii) Standard 2: Teaching All Students (Content Coordinators – Leadership, Management & Operations) iii) Standard 3: Family and Community Engagement iv) Standard 4: Professional Culture v) Attainment of Professional Practice Goal(s) vi) Attainment of Student Learning Goal(s)
