Common use of Rebuttals Clause in Contracts

Rebuttals. At least ten (10) days before the hearing, the Grievant may submit additional materials and documentation responding to specific issues in the Respondent’s position statement. The Respondent(s) may submit rebuttal materials within seven (7) days thereafter. As provided for in Article 8.5.1.4, the Panel may seek additional information from the Grievant or the Respondent prior to the hearing; any such information provided to the Panel must be provided to the opposing party at the same time.
