Common use of Recall to Duty Clause in Contracts

Recall to Duty. (i) An employee recalled to work overtime after leaving the Company business premises (whether notified before or after leaving the premises) shall be paid for a minimum of four hour's work at the rate of double time for each time they are so recalled.
