Novo Nordisk may increase, decrease, withdraw or demand full or partial repayment of the grant as a result of the changes. If Novo Nordisk demands full or partial repayment, the Recipient shall comply with the demand within 14 days.

At the completion of the contract period, or at project completion, whichever comes first, Recipient will provide the Minnesota Film and TV Board with five (5) DVD copies of the finished film for this project. The finished film for this project (on the master) must include an onscreen credit stating, “This project was funded with money from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund that was created with the vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4, 2008,” along with the Legacy logo. The Recipient will also submit a final expense report at this time. In addition, the Recipient must also arrange for one (1) public screening of the completed program, and provide details of that screening as part of their final report.
