Recipients Duties. 3.1 Inform Novo Nordisk of changes affecting the request The Recipient shall inform Novo Nordisk promptly of changes affecting the nature, purpose, budget, participants or timing of the requested support. Novo Nordisk may increase, decrease, withdraw or demand full or partial repayment of the grant as a result of the changes. If Novo Nordisk demands full or partial repayment, the Recipient shall comply with the demand within 14 days.

The Recipient, who is not a Minnesota Film and TV Board employee, will perform the duties specified here: The Recipient will complete their film that aligns with Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund priorities as selected by the review panel. At the time of locked picture, Recipient will meet with the Minnesota Film and TV Board’s Authorized Representative to report on project progress and may submit the first of two expense reports for reimbursement. Recipient will provide a written statement representing the progress on this project at that date that becomes part of the program file. At the completion of the contract period, or at project completion, whichever comes first, Recipient will provide the Minnesota Film and TV Board with five (5) DVD copies of the finished film for this project. The finished film for this project (on the master) must include an onscreen credit stating, “This project was funded with money from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund that was created with the vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4, 2008,” along with the Legacy logo. The Recipient will also submit a final expense report at this time. In addition, the Recipient must also arrange for one (1) public screening of the completed program, and provide details of that screening as part of their final report.
