RECITALS AND PURPOSE. 2.1 The Town is the owner of certain property located in the Town of Xxxxx, Boulder County, Colorado, commonly known as [Street/Road/Drive/Avenue/Alley] ("Town Property").
2.2 The Licensee has expressed a desire to encroach upon and occupy the Town Property for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a (hereinafter referred to as the “Encroachment”) associated with the Licensee's property commonly addressed as .
2.3 The Town is willing to grant a revocable license to the Licensee under the terms and conditions as hereinafter specified in this Agreement provided that nothing in this agreement shall waive or modify any obligation to seek building permits, variances, or other approvals necessary to meet any obligation imposed by law.
RECITALS AND PURPOSE. The Applicant is the owner of certain property to be developed, as described herein. The District is a special district organized under Colorado law and which provides treated water service to its customers for which monthly service charges are made. The Applicant desires to purchase water taps for the development project. The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions concerning the District's supplying such domestic water service to the proposed project. Accordingly, the parties agree to the following provisions in consideration of the mutual covenants set forth herein.
RECITALS AND PURPOSE. The Board desires to employ Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx as District Superintendent, pursuant to § 22-32-110(1)(g), C.R.S., and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx desires to accept such employment. RECITALS AND PURPOSE. 1.1 Landlord is the owner of the building located at 200 Eisenhower, situated in the Town of Fraser, County of Grand, State of Colorado.
1.2 Tenant desires to lease the property in order to operate a service business.
1.3 Landlord has determined that the property is not currently needed for the Landlord’s purposes, and that the leasing of said premises to Tenant would serve a valid public purpose by putting a vacant property into productive use and contributing to the local economy.
1.4 Landlord and Tenant desire to confirm their understanding and agreement concerning said lease, all as more fully provided herein below.
RECITALS AND PURPOSE. 1.1 The Town of Grand Lake is the owner of the real property upon which its Grand Lake Center is located, situated in the Town of Grand Lake, County of Grand, State of Colorado, and more particularly described asfollows: Plot A, Block 11, Grand Lake Estates, Second Filing
1.2 The Town is the owner of the modular building ("Structure") that has been placed on the premises.
1.3 The Town has determined that the premises are not currently needed for other Town purposes.
1.4 GLAHS has requested permission to lease one portion of the modular building, for office use and water sampling/testing. The Town has determined that the Structure is not currently needed for the other Town purposes, and that the leasing of said Structure to GLAHS would serve a valid public purpose, by supporting an underfunded non-profit group, who helps to ensure a high quality of life in the Grand Lake area by monitoring water quality in Grand County watersheds.

E. The Subcontractor agrees to perform a portion of the Work required to be performed by the Contractor on the Project pursuant to the aforesaid construction contract;
F. Accordingly, in consideration of the mutual promises set forth in this Agreement, the parties covenant and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the following paragraphs.
RECITALS AND PURPOSE. District is a Title 32 special district providing fire protection service within its boundaries. FH1 is a developer with a pending rezoning application before the Jefferson County Planning Commission, case number 20-111200RZ. The District cannot serve the development as proposed; however, FH1 has agreed to provide certain financial support to the District to support necessary equipment and personnel that will address the identified concerns that will allow the District to serve the development. The financial support is a necessary condition to the District being able to serve the development and, therefore, shall be memorialized, to the extent possible, as part of any potential development approval by Jefferson County, as well as in any service plan for any government entity that may become a successor to FH1 and/or any of its affiliates. In addition, FH1 acknowledges that, with or without this Agreement, the development must comply with all required codes, as approved by Jefferson County, including, but not limited to the 2018 International Fire Code with Amendments adopted by the District on April 11, 2019 and approved by Jefferson County on July 16, 2019, and any future fire code adopted by the District and approved by Jefferson County (the “Fire Code”). Therefore, this Agreement is in the mutual best interests of the parties and for the health and safety of the community. The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions of the parties agreement and to establish the relationship between the parties. Accordingly, the parties covenant and agree to the following.
RECITALS AND PURPOSE. The APPLICANT is the owner of certain real property as further described herein. The APPLICANT has determined to undertake water system improvements associated with the development of the property. The DISTRICT is a Title 32 special district organized under Colorado law which provides service to its customers for which monthly service charges are imposed. DISTRICT’s service is contingent upon APPLICANT’s extension of the applicable main lines to or within the property to be serviced and then upon APPLICANT’s purchase of taps pursuant to DISTRICT Rules and Regulations. The purpose of this AGREEMENT is to set forth the terms and conditions concerning APPLICANT’s extension of the necessary main lines. Accordingly, the PARTIES agree to the following provision in consideration of the mutual covenants set forth herein. No express or implied reservation or limitation of capacity is made herein.
