Reckoning of Time. Straight-time hours of employment shall be reckoned by the half (1/2) shift and the full shift from May 1st through October 31st and by the half (1/2) shift, three-quarters (3/4) shift and the full shift from November 1st through April 30th except as otherwise provided in Section 06.02.00 above. Overtime hours of employment before and after a shift shall be reckoned by the hour and half-hour at the applicable overtime rate. Overtime on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays shall be reckoned as provided in Section 06.22.00. If an Employee quits work on his/her own, he/she shall be paid only for actual time worked.

Reckoning of Time. The straight time of an Employee shall be reckoned by the shift in the following instances: (1) During the Employee's first (1st) calendar week of employment. (2) During the week the work covered by this Agreement is completed. A break in such work of five (5) or more days excluding Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, shall be considered the same as a completion of such work. (3) If work is shut down by the Contracting Authority; by any Governmental agency having authority to suspend the work; by lack of fuel, power or water, or by reason of strike or if the crew they are servicing does not appear for work when work is available and such fact or facts is or are confirmed by the Contracting Authority in writing.

  • Amending of Time Limits The time limits fixed in both the grievance and arbitration procedure may be extended by consent of the parties.

  • Calculation of Time For the purposes of this Agreement, “days” refers to calendar days unless otherwise specified.

Whenever the last day for the exercise of any privilege or the discharge or any duty hereunder shall fall upon a Saturday, Sunday, or any date on which banks in New York, New York are authorized to be closed, the party having such privilege or duty may exercise such privilege or discharge such duty on the next succeeding day which is a regular business day.

  • Extension of Time If the Executive shall be in violation of any provision of this Article 6, then each time limitation set forth in this Article 6 shall be extended for a period of time equal to the period of time during which such violation or violations occur. If the Company seeks injunctive relief from such violation in any court, then the covenants set forth in this Article 6 shall be extended for a period of time equal to the pendency of such proceeding including all appeals by the Executive.

  • Opening of Tenders 2.20.1 The Procuring entity will open all tenders in the presence of tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend, at (the place specified in the invitation to tender). The tenderers’ representatives who are present shall sign a register evidencing their attendance. 2.20.2 The tenderers’ names, tender modifications or withdrawals, tender prices, discounts and the presence or absence of requisite tender security and such other details as the Procuring entity, at its discretion, may consider appropriate, will be announced at the opening. 2.20.3 The Procuring entity will prepare minutes of the tender opening.

  • Pacific Time If enabled by Platform, the Same Day ACH means that the transfer will be performed within one (1) business day. Any same day ACH transfer scheduled after the cut-off time will be treated as if it were scheduled as next day ACH transfer. In some circumstances, transactions may be delayed for risk or compliance reasons.

  • Flex Time Upon agreement of the supervisor's immediate supervisor, an individual flex-time schedule may be established.

  • Central Time After all Parties have been notified, the provisions of paragraphs (b) and (c) of this Section 2.1 shall apply.”
