RECLASSIFICATION PROCESS. The purpose of this section is to provide a formal process for non-probationary employees to bring forward issues related to working outside of their classification descriptions. This process is conducted on an annual basis as indicated in Appendix I. District Human Resources shall facilitate the work of the Committee and communicate their decisions.

RECLASSIFICATION PROCESS. The purpose of this section is to provide a formal process for non-probationary employees to bring forward issues related to working outside of their classification descriptions. This process is conducted on an annual basis as indicated in Appendix I. District Human Resources shall facilitate the work of the Committee and communicate their decisions. Once an employee has achieved permanency, that employee shall be eligible to apply for reclassification subject to process timelines without further restriction (this shall not apply to flex classifications).
