Common use of RECLASSIFICATION PROCESS Clause in Contracts

RECLASSIFICATION PROCESS. ‌ An employee who performs work in a higher job classification shall be compensated in accordance with the provisions of Section R of this Agreement. If the Department Director intends for the employee to perform the duties of a higher job classification on an ongoing basis, the Department Director or the Employee shall initiate a reclassification request as follows:
