RECOGNITION AND INCENTIVE PROGRAMS. At the sole discretion of the Company, employee recognition and/or incentive programs to honor exemplary performance, achievement of objectives, meritorious events, community service, etc., by employees, may be unilaterally developed, implemented, modified or deleted. Such programs may include, but not be limited to, cash payments, bonuses, or commissions and may be, at the individual and/or group level. The Company will notify the Union in advance of any newly developed, modified or expired recognition or incentive programs, however, both parties mutually agree to the above mentioned unilateral Company right. If and to the extent that any such recognition programs, incentive programs, individual bonuses, or commissions may be awarded, such award shall not constitute a binding precedent or practice with respect to any future recognition programs, incentive programs, individual bonuses, or commissions. It is mutually agreed that sales referral work is a requirement for all employees in customer contact positions as part of their normal job duties. It is further agreed that the Company has the right to establish sales incentive and promotional programs to stimulate sales of its products and services.

  • Incentive Program Members who are rated as either Level I, Level II or Level III in every phase of the Physical Fitness Test are eligible to participate in the Incentive Program.

  • Physician Incentive Plans In the event Provider participates in a physician incentive plan (“PIP”) under the Agreement, Provider agrees that such PIPs must comply with 42 CFR 417.479, 42 CFR 438.3, 42 CFR 422.208, and 42 CFR 422.210, as may be amended from time to time. Neither United nor Provider may make a specific payment directly or indirectly under a PIP to a physician or physician group as an inducement to reduce or limit Medically Necessary services furnished to an individual Covered Person. PIPs must not contain provisions that provide incentives, monetary or otherwise, for the withholding of services that meet the definition of Medical Necessity.

  • Educational Incentive Program 15.2.1 A regular monthly classified unit member covered by this Agreement shall be granted a one-step increase (up to a step maximum of step G for Office/Technical unit members) on the first (1st) of the month following verification of satisfactory completion (grade of “C” or above) of twelve (12) semester units of credit from an accredited institution. Courses must have been enrolled in and credits must have been earned subsequent to the unit member's employment with the District. Official transcripts verifying a grade of “C” or above will be considered proof of satisfactory completion, in addition to the Educational Incentive Program Request for Salary Advancement Form, shall be provided by the eligible unit member and forwarded to the Office of Human Resources. Units of credit obtained prior to promotion must be applied toward step movement within sixty (60) calendar days of effective promotion date. The unit member shall ensure that the Compensation department is aware of these additional credits within this sixty (60) day period.

  • RETIREMENT INCENTIVE PROGRAM A. A Retirement Incentive Program will be provided by the District based upon the conditions stipulated below:

  • Compensation Plan The Compensation Plan adopted by the City Council shall provide for salary schedules, rates, ranges, steps and any other special circumstances or items related to the total compensation paid employees. Each position within the classified services shall be allocated to its appropriate class in the classification plan on the basis of duties and responsibilities. Each class shall be assigned a salary range or a rate established in the salary plan. All persons entering the classified service shall be compensated in accordance with the salary plan then in effect.

  • Incentive Plans During the Term of this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to participate in all bonus, incentive compensation and performance based compensation plans, and other similar policies, practices, programs and arrangements of the Company, now in effect or as hereafter amended or established, on a basis that is commensurate with his position and no less favorable than those generally applicable or made available to other executives of the Company. The Executive's participation shall be in accordance with the terms and provisions of such plans and programs. Participation shall include, but not be limited to:

  • Sick Leave Incentive Program MSUAASF and Minnesota State may develop a sick leave incentive program through the establishment of a joint committee.

  • Incentive Compensation During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to receive cash incentive compensation as determined by the Board or the Compensation Committee from time to time. The Executive’s initial target annual incentive compensation shall be 40 percent of his Base Salary (the “Target Annual Incentive Compensation”). Except as otherwise provided herein, to earn incentive compensation, the Executive must be employed by the Company on the day such incentive compensation is paid.

  • Deferred Compensation Program ‌ Unit members shall continue to be eligible to join the County’s Deferred Compensation Plan. Said employees will be bound by the same Plan, rules and participation agreements as are generally applicable to other County employees. DSA acknowledges that County retains the right to alter, amend, or repeal the current plan, rules, and participation agreements, at any time. The County shall not charge an administrative fee to participating employees.

  • Provision for Generation Compensation Grid unavailability in a contract year as defined in the PPA: (only period from 8 am to 6 pm to be counted): Generation Loss = [(Average Generation per hour during the Contract Year) × (number of hours of grid unavailability during the Contract Year)] Where, Average Generation per hour during the Contract Year (kWh) = Total generation in the Contract Year (kWh) ÷ Total hours of generation in the Contract Year. The excess generation by the SPD equal to this generation loss shall be procured by the Buying Utility at the PSA tariff so as to offset this loss in the succeeding 3 (three) Contract Years.
