RECOGNITION AS EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATIVE. The Governing Board of the Contra Costa Community College District, hereinafter referred to as the "Board," recognizes the United Faculty of the Contra Costa Community College District, hereinafter referred to as the "United Faculty," as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for all academic employee faculty members, excluding the Chancellor, Vice Chancellors, District Office Personnel, Presidents, Deans, Associate Deans, Vice Presidents, Directors, Assistant Deans, Academic/Student Services Program Managers, Division Chairpersons, Assistant to the President, and all other management, supervisory, confidential, and classified employees. Newly created positions will be added to the unit by mutual agreement. When mutual agreement cannot be reached, PERB procedures will be used.
RECOGNITION AS EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATIVE. The Governing Board of the Contra Costa Community College District, hereinafter referred to as the "Board" or the “District,” hereby recognizes the Public Employees Union, Local No. 1, hereinafter referred to as “Local 1” or the “Union,” as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative of employees in the Classified Services Unit, enumerated in the stipulated Agreement, executed and attached hereto as Exhibit “A.”
RECOGNITION AS EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATIVE. The Board hereby recognizes the San Mateo Community College Federation of Teachers as the exclusive and sole negotiation agent for the unit described in Appendix A of this Agreement.
RECOGNITION AS EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATIVE. The Board hereby recognizes Local 000, Xxxxxxx 00, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO as the exclusive and sole negotiation agent for the unit described in Appendix A of this Agreement.
RECOGNITION AS EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATIVE. The Board hereby recognizes Local 829, Council 57, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL- CIO as the exclusive and sole negotiation agent for the unit described in Appendix A of this Agreement.
