RECOGNITION CLAUSE. 1.1 This Agreement covers the employees in the following bargaining units: 1.2 This Agreement does not cover any statutorily excluded positions. In the event of a title change, or reallocation, the Agency will notify the Association of such change in advance of the change. 1.3 The Employer recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining representative for all employees in its certified bargaining units. 1.4 If the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC) certifies the Association as the exclusive representative during the term of this Agreement for a bargaining unit in general government, the terms of this Agreement will apply. 1.5 The parties recognize that PERC has the exclusive authority to determine appropriate bargaining unit composition and exclusive representation.
