RECOGNITION CLAUSE. The Board of Education at a regular meeting held on March 13, 1972, officially recognized the Elkhart Education Association, for the purposes of professional negotiations under K.S.A. 72-5413, et seq., as the exclusive representative for the teacher's unit of the professional employees. The bargaining unit shall be defined as those employees of the Board in positions which require a certificate issued by the State Board of Education, but shall not mean any such person who is an administrative employee.
