Common use of Recognition of Association Clause in Contracts

Recognition of Association. The Board hereby recognizes the Association to the extent required by the provisions of Act 336, P.A. of 1947, as amended, as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for all school principals, and assistant principals employed by the Grand Ledge Public Schools.

Recognition of Association. The Board hereby recognizes the Association to the extent required by the provisions of Act 336379, P.A. of 19471965, as amended, as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for all school principalsschools’ administrators, but excluding the Superintendent, Associate Superintendents, Directors, and assistant principals employed all Supervisors, all operational employees and administrative assistants and all employees covered by the Grand Ledge Public Schoolsother collective bargaining agreements.
