Common use of Recognition of Association Clause in Contracts

Recognition of Association. .1 The Niagara Catholic District School Board (the “Board”) recognizes the Ontario English Catholic Teachers’ Association (the “Association”) as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent authorized to negotiate and represent all Secondary Teachers other than Occasional Teachers, as defined in Part X.1 of the Education Act, employed in the Niagara Catholic District School Board.

Recognition of Association. .1 The Niagara Catholic District School Board (the “"Board”") recognizes the Ontario English Catholic Teachers’ ' Association (the “"Association”") as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent authorized to negotiate and represent all Secondary Teachers other than Occasional Teachers, as defined in Part X.1 of the Education Act, employed in the Niagara Catholic District School Board. The terms of this collective agreement shall apply to all Teachers employed in the secondary panel by the Board. Any exceptions must be mutually agreed upon by the Association and the Board.
