Recognition of Association. The EMPLOYER recognizes the ASSOCIATION as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining for all association employees of Independent School District No. 270, Hopkins, Minnesota, whose employment service exceeds the lesser of fourteen (14) hours per week or thirty-five (35) percent of the normal workweek and sixty-seven (67) workdays per year, excluding supervisory, administrative and confidential employees, students and educational aides.
