Recommendation Forms‌. 21.3.1 After interviews are completed The Principal’s Recommendation Form for Job Postings together with a copy of the Teacher’s most recent certificate of qualification and registration (Ontario College of Teachers’), shall be submitted, by the Principal, to the Board and the Federation normally within four (4) school days of the recommendation having been made. The Principal will not recommend a person who is not in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers. Whether or not a successful candidate is recommended a recommendation form will be provided.
