Reconfirmation and Reassignment. 5.5.1 The Ministry may, following consultation and agreement with the NZEI Te Riu Roa (which will not be unreasonably withheld), either reconfirm in the same or similar position, or reassign to an alternative position for which they are suitable, those employees affected by a review.
