RECORD RETENTION; ACCESS TO RECORDS AND REPORTS. (a) The Contractor will retain, and will require its Subcontractors of all tiers to retain, complete and readily acces- sible records related in whole or in part to the Contract, including, but not limited to, data, documents, reports, statis- tics, sub-agreements, leases, subcontracts, arrangements, other third party agreements of any type, and supporting materials related to those records.

RECORD RETENTION; ACCESS TO RECORDS AND REPORTS. The Contractor will retain and will require its Subcontractors of all tiers to retain, complete and readily accessible records related in whole or in part to the Contract, including, but not limited to, data, documents, reports, statistics, sub-agreements, leases, subcontracts, arrangements, other third-party agreements of any type, and supporting materials related to those records. If this is a cost-reimbursement, incentive, time and materials, labor hour, or price determinable Contract, or any combination thereof, the Contractor shall maintain, and GRTC and its representatives shall have the right to examine, all books, records, documents, and other evidence and accounting procedures and practices sufficient to reflect properly all direct and indirect costs of whatever nature claimed to have been incurred and anticipated to be incurred for the performance of this Contract. If the Contractor submitted certified cost or pricing data in connection with the pricing of this Contract or if the Contractor’s cost of performance is relevant to any change or modification to this Contract, GRTC and its representatives shall have the right to examine all books, records, documents, and other data of the Contractor related to the negotiation, pricing, or performance of such Contract, change, or modification for the purpose of evaluating the costs incurred and the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the cost or pricing data submitted. The right of examination shall extend to all documents necessary to permit adequate evaluation of the costs incurred and the cost or pricing data submitted, along with the computations and projections used therein. The Contractor shall maintain all books, records, accounts and reports required under this paragraph for a period of at not less than three (3) years after the date of termination or expiration of this Contract, except in the event of litigation or settlement of claims arising from the performance of this Contract, in which case records shall be maintained until the disposition of all such litigation, appeals, claims or exceptions related thereto. The Contractor agrees to provide sufficient access to GRTC and its contractors to inspect and audit records and information related to performance of this Contract as reasonably may be required.   • Access to Records The Contractor and its subcontractors, if any, shall maintain all books, documents, papers, accounting records, and other evidence pertaining to all costs incurred under this Contract. They shall make such materials available at their respective offices at all reasonable times during this Contract, and for three (3) years from the date of final payment under this Contract, for inspection by the State or its authorized designees. Copies shall be furnished at no cost to the State if requested.

  • Governmental Access to Records BA shall make its internal practices, books and records relating to the use and disclosure of Protected Information available to CE and to the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (the “Secretary”) for purposes of determining BA’s compliance with HIPAA [45 C.F.R. Section 164.504(A)(2)(ii)(I)]. BA shall provide CE a copy of any Protected Information and other documents and records that BA provides to the Secretary concurrently with providing such Protected Information to the Secretary.
