Recordation of Memorandum of Lease. At either party's option, a short form memorandum of this Agreement, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "E" shall be recorded or filed among the appropriate land records of the County in which the Leased Property is located, and Tenant shall pay the transfer and all recording costs associated therewith. In the event of a discrepancy between the provisions of this Agreement and such short form memorandum thereof, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
Recordation of Memorandum of Lease. At either party's option, a short form memorandum of this Lease, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F shall be recorded or filed among the appropriate land records of the County in which the Premises is located, and Tenant shall pay the transfer and all recording costs associated therewith. In the event of a discrepancy between the provisions of this Lease and such short form memorandum thereof, the provisions of this Lease shall prevail.
Recordation of Memorandum of Lease. The Lessor and the Lessee agree that the Parties shall execute, seal, acknowledge, and deliver simultaneously with the execution hereof, in recordable form, a memorandum of lease setting forth the basic terms hereof.
Recordation of Memorandum of Lease. Upon the request of either Landlord or Tenant, the other party will in good faith cooperate in the preparation and execution of a recordable instrument describing the parties, the Premises, any easement in connection therewith, any restrictions, the basic terms of this Lease and such other portions hereof as either party may desire to be included in such instrument.

Landlord and Tenant mutually agree to execute a notarized memorandum (the “Memorandum”) setting forth the material terms and disclosing the existence of this Lease within ten (10) days of a written request by either party with the cost of such recording being borne by the requesting party.

Recordation of Memorandum of Lease. Lessee may elect that a memorandum of lease, executed and acknowledged by both parties, be recorded in the public records of Washington County, Oregon. Lessee shall pay the recording costs.
Recordation of Memorandum of Lease. Concurrently with the execution of this Lease or thereafter, upon ten (10) days of a request by Landlord or Tenant, the parties will execute and deliver (witnessed and notarized, as applicable) for recordation by and at the cost and expense of the requesting party a Memorandum of Lease in the form attached as Exhibit C (the “Memorandum of Lease”). Upon the expiration of the Lease Term or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant will, within ten (10) days of a request from Landlord, execute a release of the Memorandum of Lease sufficient to discharge the Memorandum of Lease as an encumbrance upon the Demised Premises.

At either party’s option, a short form memorandum of this Lease, in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto and made a part hereof, shall be recorded or filed among the Official Records. Tenant shall pay the transfer and all recording costs associated therewith. Recordation of Memorandum of Lease. Neither Lessor nor Lessee shall record this Lease. However, either party may record a Memorandum of Lease, providing notice of Lessee’s interests described herein for the entire Lease term, including extensions. Said Memorandum of Lease shall not contain any specific information about the Lease rental payment amounts.
