Any notice of change of address or name required by this Agreement may be provided to us by calling our Customer Service number or by writing to our Customer Service address (see the section above entitled “How to Contact Us”). We may require verification from you of any address change. Typically, this will be in the form of independent documents confirming your name and new address. We will attempt to communicate with you only by use of the most recent contact information you have provided to us. You agree and understand that any notice or communication sent to you at an address noted in our records shall be effective unless we have received an address change notice from you. Short Message Service Text Message (“SMS”), Mobile Push Alerts, In-App Notifications, Email, Mail, Telephone Calls, and Prerecorded Telephone Calls (each individually, a “Notification” and collectively, “Notifications”). We would like to send you Notifications about your Card Account. These Notifications can be for business purposes to provide you important information related to your Card or Card Account and/or for commercial purposes to let you know about services or features that may be of interest to you. You must opt-in for such Notifications at the time you apply for your Card or subsequently by contacting us. In order to receive SMS text messages or mobile alerts, you must opt-in to this service, have text messaging enabled on your cellular telephone and subscribe to a participating cellular telephone carrier. There will not be a fee for this service. Standard cellular service provider messaging and data fees may apply. Check with your cellular service provider for more details.

Recording and Monitoring. During your tenure with the Institute, you will be participating in conference calls and other calls conducted by the Institute’s call center management staff. It is the Institute’s practice to monitor and/or record these calls for use in future training and for other business purposes. The Institute also monitors and/or records the customer phone calls that you will take each work day. By signing this Agreement, you give your voluntary consent to the monitoring and recording of your calls with the Institute’s call center management staff and the recording of your customer phone calls.

Recording and Monitoring. You agree that we may tape record, monitor or create a digital record of any conversation or electronic correspondence you have with us regarding your account. However, we are not obligated to do so and may choose not to at our sole discretion.

All claims are reviewed monthly, (at a minimum) with the results and recommendations noted within the monthly Compliance Report. Additionally, the Company’s complaints history will be reviewed as part of the Annual Compliance Audit and Compliance Monitoring Program.

K. No Waiver. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Company’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
