Recording Telephone Conversations. Each Party is entitled to record telephone conversations held in connection with the Agreement and to use the same as evidence. Each Party waives any further notice of such recording and acknowledges that it has obtained all necessary consents of its officers and employees to such recording.

Recording Telephone Conversations. Moneycorp may record telephone conversations and Moneycorp may use these recordings as evidence of Orders made, Contracts entered into, and/or or in relation to disputes, as well as for Moneycorp’s ongoing quality control and training programme. Moneycorp may also maintain a record of all emails sent by or to Moneycorp. All those recordings and records will be maintained at Moneycorp’s absolute discretion and are Moneycorp’s property and can be used by Moneycorp in the case of a dispute. Moneycorp does not guarantee that Moneycorp will maintain such recordings or records or be able to make them available to the Client.
