Recording Telephone Conversations. Each Party is entitled to record telephone conversations held in connection with the Agreement and to use the same as evidence. Each Party waives any further notice of such recording and acknowledges that it has obtained all necessary consents of its officers and employees to such recording.
Recording Telephone Conversations. Moneycorp may record telephone conversations and Moneycorp may use these recordings as evidence of Orders made, Contracts entered into, and/or or in relation to disputes, as well as for Moneycorp’s ongoing quality control and training programme. Moneycorp may also maintain a record of all emails sent by or to Moneycorp. All those recordings and records will be maintained at Moneycorp’s absolute discretion and are Moneycorp’s property and can be used by Moneycorp in the case of a dispute. Moneycorp does not guarantee that Moneycorp will maintain such recordings or records or be able to make them available to the Client.

Recording Telephone Conversations. Each Party agrees that the other Party or its representatives may record any or all telephone conversations between representatives of the two Parties pursuant to or relating to this Agreement. Each Party is hereby advised that telephone conversations with Buyer’s personnel relating to Section 2.4 and Article IV are routinely recorded and each Party agrees to obtain any necessary consent of its personnel regarding such recording. Each Party further agrees that such recorded telephone conversations shall not be deemed inadmissible in any arbitration proceeding or court of law by virtue of the recorded nature of the conversations. Each Party hereby waives any objection to the introduction of such recorded telephone conversations as evidence in any court of law to the extent such objections are based on the recorded nature of such conversations.
Recording Telephone Conversations. A. The City shall not record any telephone conversation without the employee’s knowledge.
B. The City may not require any employee to submit to either a polygraph examination or a computer voice stress analysis.
C. Refusal to submit to the examinations referenced in paragraph B., immediately above, shall not be grounds for any disciplinary action by the City. If the employee voluntarily agrees to a polygraph examination or computer voice stress analysis, the location and firm conducting the examination shall be mutually agreed upon by the employee and the City. Upon request, the employee shall be provided with an exact copy of all reports and/or graph compiled and any other raw data.
D. An employee’s electronically recorded interview shall not be subject to computer voice stress analysis unless the employee consents.

Recording Telephone Conversations. Customer authorizes Bank to electronically record any telephone conversation between Bank and Customer in its sole discretion, and to retain such recordings indefinitely.
