Recruitment Restriction. 21.7.1 The Governors shall limit the appointment of continuing academic staff to positions where failure to appoint would threaten the viability of academic programs / departments / units during the period when affected members are available for transfer to positions open for recruitment.
Recruitment Restriction. The Customer may not hire any employee or director of the Supplier or enter into any other agreement or other arrangement, whose purpose is to obtain the work contribution of such person, until twelve (12) months has passed from the earlier of (i) the termination or expiration of the Agreement or (ii) cessation of the person’s employment or director relationship with the Supplier. In case of a breach of this recruitment restriction, the Customer shall pay to the Supplier as liquidated damages one hundred thousand (100.000) euros for each breach.

The Customer may not hire any employee or director of the Supplier or enter into any other agreement or other arrangement, whose purpose is to obtain the work contribution of such person, until twelve (12) months has passed from the earlier of (i) the termination or expiration of the Agreement or (ii) cessation of the person’s employment or director relationship with the Supplier. The recruitment restriction shall not, however, apply if the employment or director relationship of the person in question has been terminated for a reason attributable to the employer. In case of a breach of this recruitment restriction, the Customer shall pay to the Supplier as liquidated damages seventy thousand (70.000) euros for each breach.
Recruitment Restriction. (a) Neither Party may actively solicit for employment any individual employed by the other Party who has actively participated in the performance of Consulting Services under this Agreement, until twelve (12) months have passed from the termination or expiration of the relevant Consulting Services.
