Red-Circled Employees. (a) Permanent employees whose regular salary rate exceeds the maximum of the new salary scale for the respective CG level shall receive a cash payment of the percentage increase applicable for their salary rate. This cash payment will be paid bi-weekly for each regular hour worked.
