Redaction. DHS shall redact for public viewing a sizeable representative sample of MNsure Orders in accordance with state and federal data privacy laws. The size of the representative sample and the methodology for the sampling will be agreed upon by the parties. DHS will carefully review each Order chosen for redaction so as to redact all identifying information on a case-by-case basis, in addition to redacting all standard identifiers. DHS will upload each redacted order to the decisions database designated by MNsure.

Redaction. If a file that originates in ESI needs to be redacted before production, the file will be rendered in TIFF, and the TIFF will be redacted and produced. The producing Party will provide searchable text for those portions of the document that have not been redacted.
Redaction. The Franchisee shall take all reasonable steps required to ensure that it is able to provide the Town with all information that must be provided or may be requested under this Agreement or Applicable Law, including the issuance of appropriate subscriber privacy notices. Franchisee shall be responsible for redacting any data that Applicable Law prevents it from providing to the Town. Nothing in this Section shall be read to require Franchisee to violate federal or state law protecting subscriber privacy.

Redaction. Counsel for a party producing documents may mask ("redact") material deemed exempt from discovery because of the attorney-client privilege or work product immunity afforded by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(b), or irrelevant to the subject matter of this action and not reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence, and may thus produce documents for inspection either in a masked or unmasked form. However, any document from which material is masked must identify in the masked area that masking or redaction has occurred. The reason for any such masking must be stated either on the document itself or in a privilege log which accompanies the produced documents. Counsel for the party receiving production of any document from which material has been masked for reasons other than privilege or immunity shall have the right on request to inspect the redacted material in the original document in the most convenient manner available to the parties. In the event of any dispute as to the propriety of the redaction, the party objecting to the redaction may submit the issue to the Court for review pursuant to the terms of Paragraph 15.
Redaction. (a) Prior to disclosing or publishing this Project Agreement, any terms hereof, including any contractual submissions or other records kept in accordance with this Project Agreement, any information related to the performance of Project Co (or any Project Co Party) or any information derived from this Project Agreement or the information related to the performance of Project Co (or any Project Co Party), each of the City and IO shall provide to Project Co a redacted version of this Project Agreement or other documents or information to be disclosed or published, on the basis that the information so redacted constitutes information which should not be disclosed pursuant to Section 52.1(b). The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Annual Service Payment, but not the breakdown thereof, may be disclosed. (b) If Project Co, acting in good faith, contends that any of the information not redacted constitutes information that falls within the scope of Section 52.1(b) and, accordingly, would be exempt from disclosure under as applicable, MFIPPA or FIPPA, the dispute may be referred for resolution in accordance with Schedule 27 − Dispute Resolution Procedure, and the City shall not (and the City shall cause IO to not) disclose any information in dispute until a determination is made. Any such determination shall be made with reference to the text and principles of MFIPPA or FIPPA.
Redaction. Each Management Vendor and each Other Vendor hereby agrees that such Vendor will only receive a version of this Agreement in which the names and details (including any securities held, directly or indirectly, in the Company by them) of the other Vendors as set out in Schedule 1 have been redacted. Each Management Vendor and each Other Vendor furthermore hereby agrees and confirms that the foregoing shall not in any way affect any party's rights or obligations contained in this Agreement.
