Common use of Redundancy Fund Clause in Contracts

Redundancy Fund. (a) The Enterprise shall make payments to Incolink or another approved fund for each employee when they are on-site. The amount paid shall be that which is provided for in the Trust Deed of the Fund. (b) No payments are required to be made to a redundancy fund for an employee not on-site. (c) The Enterprise may pay income protection and trauma insurance for each employee who works on-site. Such insurance shall meet the standard provided through Incolink, but may be acquired through an appropriate alternative arrangement.
