ON-SITE WORK. With respect to on-site work covered by this Agreement, that is, work done or to be done at the site of the construction, alteration, painting or repair of a building, structure or other work:
ON-SITE WORK. In the event that Seller or its representatives are performing installation or other on-site services related to the purchase of any goods by Xxxxxx, then Xxxxxx may issue additional specifications and conditions to such on-site services. Seller shall indemnify Xxxxxx and hold it harmless against all claims or losses resulting from any personal injury or property damage claim resulting from any work performed by Seller's employees, agents or subcontractors at Xxxxxx'x premises.
ON-SITE WORK. If Seller or its representatives are performing installation or any other on-site services related to the purchase of any goods by Hallite, then Hallite may issue additional specifications and conditions for such on-site services. Seller shall fully defend, indemnify and hold Hallite harmless against any and all claims, losses, damages, and expenses resulting from any personal injury or property damage claim resulting from any work performed by Seller’s employees, agents or subcontractors on Hallite’s premises.
ON-SITE WORK. In the event of Entrust’s employees or agents being on Customer’s premises Entrust shall instruct them:
a. To take reasonable steps to minimize interference with and inconvenience to Customer’s business;
b. At all times to comply with the health and safety and all other relevant rules and regulations applicable to such premises that have been notified to those employees oragents; and
c. Not to access Customer data.
ON-SITE WORK. Contractor personnel that require a badge to work on-site at one of the NSWCPD sites must provide an I-9 form to verify proof of citizenship. The I-9 form should be signed by the company Facility Security Officer or the company Human Resource Department. In addition to the I-9 form, Contractors shall also bring their birth certificate, current United States Passport or naturalization certificate and state issued ID to the NSWCPD Security Officer at the time of badge request to verify citizenship. Finally, contractors shall supply a copy of their OPSEC Training Certificate or other proof that the training has been completed.
ON-SITE WORK. In the event that Seller or its representatives are performing installation or other on-site services related to the purchase of any goods by Xxxxxx, then Xxxxxx may issue additional specifications and conditions to such on-site services. Seller shall fully defend, indemnify and hold Xxxxxx, including its directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, “Xxxxxx Indemnitees”) harmless against all claims, losses, damages, penalties, interest, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees and litigation costs) resulting from or in connection with any personal injury or property damage claim resulting from any work performed by Seller's employees, agents or subcontractors at Xxxxxx'x premises.
ON-SITE WORK. Any work performed away from the factory premises shall be recognized as the Union’s jurisdiction within the Province of British Columbia with respect to: alterations, repairs or modifications of laminated beams supplied by Structurlam Product s. When the Employer requires a qualified member/s to perform such work, the Employer agrees to send such shop employees. These employees shall receive the current wages and other applicable benefits provided by the CMAW Standard Commercial/Institutional Construction Agreement. In the event the Employer requires staff to also negotiate/resolve contractual or warranty issues with clients in addition to minor repairs or finishing, the Employer may opt to utilize a non-bargaining unit employee to do so.
ON-SITE WORK a. Employees will not be required to work on site, but will be provided the opportunity to do so should they choose during the District’s “Bridge Week” activities at schools.
b. Effective April 5 for elementary schools and April 19 for secondary schools, some office professionals will be needed to support in-person learning. Building administrators and NEOPA employees will collectively determine a coverage model that meets the needs of students and staff in that building. This may include staff working on-site, off-site, or a combination of both.
c. NEOPA employees who work in the District office or other central office locations will work with their supervisors to collectively determine a coverage model that meets the needs of the department. This may include staff working on-site, off-site, or a combination of both.
d. Employees identified in Governor Xxxxxx’x Proclamation 20-46.2, “High-Risk Employees:” shall not be required to work on site, but will be provided the opportunity to do so should they choose. “High-Risk Employees shall be defined as: Employees who are 65 years or older; Employees whose conditions are listed by the CDC under the “at increased risk” category; and Employees whose conditions are listed by the CDC under the “might be at increased risk” category, but only if, based on the employee’s medical circumstances and workplace conditions, the employee is, in fact, at increased risk for suffering severe illness from COVID-19. In such a case as there is a worksite with no employees able to work on site due to their “High Risk” status, the district will hire a temporary employee (or add temporary hours) to provide basic office coverage, which shall support the high- risk employee’s right to continue to work remotely.
e. Employees will be only be required to supervise students in a manner consistent with their normal job duties.
ON-SITE WORK. For purposes of this clause, “on-site work” is defined as work performed by Seller’s employee at the Y-12 National Security Complex or in Company-leased or -controlled facilities or DOE owned or controlled facilities. Off-Site Work is defined as work at possessing facilities but not Y-12 on-site locations, not Company leased, but have Limited Areas and employees with clearances and access to classified documents.
ON-SITE WORK. Contractor shall, at all times during the progress of the work, keep the site free from accumulation of waste matter, rubbish, and debris. At the completion of the work, all excess materials shall be removed from the site. The Contractor shall at all times during the progress of the work, keep the corridors free from accumulation of waste matter, rubbish, and debris. Access for Authorized User personnel must be maintained at all times and meet the prescribed fire and safety regulations. The Contractor shall provide all necessary safety equipment, if applicable or required by prevailing codes. Contractor’s employees must wear these items when required. If Contractor’s employees do not comply with these requirements, they will be asked to leave, and the Contractor will be responsible to make up any time lost. All safety equipment must be provided at no additional cost to the Authorized User. Services performed on-site by Contractor’s personnel shall be rendered according to additional requirements as determined by the Authorized User.
