References to "we", "our", “home”, the "Facility", and to "our Facility" are references to the Georgia Department of Veterans Service, the Georgia War Veterans Nursing Home, or the Georgia War Veterans Home. References to "you" and "your" are references to any person signing this Agreement.

References to the Parties. 2.1. In these Conditions: a) references to “Our”, “Us” and “We” are to the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change; and b) references to “You” and “Your” are to the participant in the Scheme as identified in the Award Letter (but if the participant is an Aggregator are to be construed in accordance with the participant’s responsibility for its Constituent Clients under clause 44).

References to the Parties. We believe that this Agreement will be more easily understood if we use, where practical, personal pronouns in referring to the parties to this Agreement. References to "we", “our”, the "Facility", and to "our Facility" are references to Lincoln Hill Manor Rest Home. References to "you and "your" are references to any person signing this Agreement as Resident. There are also spaces for this Agreement to be signed by a Legal Representative and Responsible Party, if applicable. A Legal Representative is an individual who, under independent legal authority, such as a court order has authority to act on the resident's behalf. Examples of a Legal Representative include a guardian, a conservator, and the holder of a Durable Power of Attorney executed by the Resident. Documents evidencing a person's Legal Representative status must be provided to us. If you have a court appointed guardian or conservator, they must sign this Agreement for it to be valid. A Responsible Party is an individual who voluntarily agrees to honor certain specified obligations of the Resident under this Agreement without incurring any personal financial liability. Examples of a Responsible Party include a relative or a friend of the Resident. We may not require a person to sign this Agreement as a Responsible Party unless the person has legal access to or physical control of the Resident's available income or resources to pay for the care and services we provide. We may decline to admit any Resident who has no source of payment for all or part of the Resident's stay.

  • References to Time All references in this Agreement to times of the day shall be to New York City time.

  • References to Documents References to this Agreement include the Schedules and Exhibits, which form an integral part hereof. A reference to any Section, Schedule or Exhibit is, unless otherwise specified, to such Section of, or Schedule or Exhibit to, this Agreement. The words “hereof,” “hereunder” and “hereto,” and words of like import, refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular Section hereof or Schedule or Exhibit hereto. A reference to any document (including this Agreement) is to that document as amended, consolidated, supplemented, novated or replaced from time to time.

  • References to Agreement The words “hereof”, “herein”, “hereunder”, and other words of similar import refer to this Agreement as a whole.

  • References to Subadviser During the term of this Agreement, AEFC agrees to furnish to Subadviser at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements, reports to shareholders, sales literature, or other material prepared for distribution to sales personnel, shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to Subadviser or its clients in any way, prior to use thereof and not to use such material if Subadviser reasonably objects in writing five business days (or such other time as may be mutually agreed upon) after receipt thereof. Sales literature may be furnished to Subadviser hereunder by first-class or overnight mail, electronic or facsimile transmission, or hand delivery.

  • References to Agreement and Laws Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, (a) references to formation documents, governing documents, agreements (including the Loan Documents) and other contractual instruments shall be deemed to include all subsequent amendments, restatements, extensions, supplements and other modifications thereto, but only to the extent that such amendments, restatements, extensions, supplements and other modifications are not prohibited by any Loan Document; and (b) references to any Applicable Law shall include all statutory and regulatory provisions consolidating, amending, replacing, supplementing or interpreting such Applicable Law.

  • References to Credit Agreement All references in the Loan Documents to the Credit Agreement shall be deemed a reference to the Credit Agreement, as modified and amended herein.

  • References to this Agreement Numbered or lettered articles, sections and subsections herein contained refer to articles, sections and subsections of this Agreement unless otherwise expressly stated.
