OBLIGATIONS OF THE RESIDENT. The Resident agrees to:
OBLIGATIONS OF THE RESIDENT. 5.1. The Resident shall provide FSI with detailed written instructions and/or information reasonably required by FSI to effectively and properly provide the Administration Services and to procure the Services.
5.2. Any such instructions and/or information shall be communicated by the Resident to FSI electronically by way of email to xxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx. The Resident bears all risk associated with the transmission of information by electronic medium
OBLIGATIONS OF THE RESIDENT. The Resident agrees to:
A. participate in and cooperate with Quality Improvement/Risk Management activities as directed by the Program Director, Quality Management Department Manager, or County Risk Management, and to provide such statistical information as may be required to fulfill the Quality Improvement/Risk Management/Patient Safety efforts of RUHS-MC.
B. abide by all ACGME requirements, as applicable, regarding work hours and RUHS-MC policies and procedures regarding the medical staff work environment.
C. obtain (at Resident’s expense) State of California medical licensure as required by California law. Failure to obtain and maintain such licensure may be grounds for dismissal from the Program.
D. carry out assignments and rotations as defined by the Program Director and/or designee(s) according to the requirements of the ACGME.
E. adhere to the RUHS-MC dress code including, but not limited to, wearing an RUHS-MC ID badge at all times while on duty.
F. complete medical records in conformity with the Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules, and Regulations, and the RUHS-MC policies and proceduresl. The Resident shall comply with all RUHS-MC, Program, Medical Staff and Medical Center policies regarding the completion of medical records. Completion of the medical record, including but not limited to, dating, timing and signing all entries, is an integral component of medical care and is part of the Resident’s Sample responsibilities.
G. cooperate fully with RUHS-MC in its compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards as may be enacted or amended from time to time and with all implementing policies, procedures, and/or documentation requirements now in existence or as may be adopted or amended by RUHS-MC from time to time.
X. conduct himself/herself in a professional manner consistent with the County of Riverside and RUHS-MC standards.
I. develop a personal program of study and professional growth with guidance from the teaching medical staff and demonstrate the ability to assume graded and increasing responsibility for patient care. Furthermore, the Resident shall participate in safe, effective, and compassionate patient care under supervision, commensurate with the level of advancement and responsibility.
X. participate fully in the educational activities of the Program and, as required, assume responsibility for teaching and supervising other Residents and medical students.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE RESIDENT. The resident agrees to:
A. Perform satisfactorily to the best of his/her ability, the customary services of a Dermatology Resident (see Item 203: Residents—Goals and Responsibilities, Xxxxxx State University Boonshoft School of Medicine Resident Manual);
B. Perform only those medical procedures as privileged pursuant to the Program;
C. Conform to and be governed by all WSP, WSUBSOM Program policies, procedures, and regulations governing residents which are not inconsistent with this contractual agreement;
D. Be on time and attend all specifically designated conferences;
E. Know and adhere to all medical records rules or regulations of the clinical sites to which assigned. Failure to follow these and other WSP policies may result in the suspension of privileges and possible termination. This contract specifically incorporates the disciplinary provisions of the Xxxxxx State University Boonshoft School of Medicine Resident Manual. Furthermore, this contract specifically incorporates all clinical site, University, and Program policies regarding sexual and other forms of harassment.
F. Refrain from disclosing to any unauthorized person any confidential information received during the course of employment;
G. Not engage in any remunerative work (moonlighting) not authorized in writing by the Program Director;
H. Provide to the Program proof of graduation from an approved medical school and, if applicable, provide to the Program a valid ECFMG certificate, if applicable; proof of graduation and the ECFMG certificate must be provided to the Program before the execution of this Agreement;
I. Participate fully in any process directed toward the certification or accreditation of the WSP clinical sites and/or Program by any agency.
J. Comply with the rules and regulations of all clinical site applicable to residents, as well as the rules and regulations applicable to clinical site employees in general, which are not in conflict with the rules and regulations applicable to residents.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE RESIDENT. The Resident accepts appointment by the UNLV SOM and agrees to participate in the Training Program of the UNLV SOM and its affiliated hospitals for the full term of this appointment. It is understood that the Program reserves the right to dismiss the Resident at any time during the period of training as more fully described in the GME Residents and Fellows Handbook. The Resident has the right to the process as described in the Due Process Procedures set forth in the UNLV SOM Residents and Fellows Handbook. The most current version of the UNLV SOM Residents and Fellows Handbook is posted on the GME web site. (xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/xxx). Renewal of this agreement is dependent upon satisfactory performance as determined in accordance with the GME policy entitled Resident Appointment and Reappointment during each year of training. This agreement does not establish any right or expectancy of an appointment for any subsequent residency year regardless of the number of years generally associated with a particular training agreement. OBLIGATIONS OF THE RESIDENT. A. The RESIDENT shall pay the monthly service fee set forth in this Agreement. If the RESIDENT is unable to make a monthly service fee payment to the VILLAGE as set forth in Paragraph III and subject to the approval of the VILLAGE, the RESIDENT may charge the funds necessary to make said payment against RESIDENT’S available Accommodation Fee refund as described in Paragraph VI. The RESIDENT shall complete and sign an applicable refund withdrawal form provided by the VILLAGE in order to pay the monthly service charge from the Accommodation Fee refund. The Accommodation Fee refund shall be reduced by all monthly service charge payments plus accrued interest on the unpaid balance.
B. The RESIDENT shall be responsible for payment of natural gas and electric utilities provided to the Unit and these utilities and services will be billed directly by the applicable utility company. The RESIDENT shall also be responsible for payment of telephone service, cable television service and/or Internet access if desired by RESIDENT.
C. The RESIDENT shall have the responsibility to keep all drains in the Unit free from clogging. The RESIDENT shall pay for any services necessary to repair the plumbing or to repair any damage caused by drain failure due to the acts of the RESIDENT or the RESIDENT’S guests, agents or employees. The RESIDENT shall also provide adequate heat and protection of the Unit to prevent all water pipes and fixtures from freezing. In the event the RESIDENT shall be absent from the Unit for a period of one (1) week or more, the RESIDENT shall notify the Terrace Receptionist and make the appropriate arrangements to care for the Unit during the RESIDENT’S absence.
D. The RESIDENT grants the VILLAGE the right of entry to the Unit in the case of an emergency. The RESIDENT also grants the VILLAGE the right of entry to inspect the premises upon reasonable notice given to the RESIDENT by the VILLAGE. If the RESIDENT is absent from the Unit for a period of one (1) week or more, the RESIDENT grants to the VILLAGE the right to enter the premises to make any inspections deemed necessary by the VILLAGE. Notwithstanding the foregoing, VILLAGE shall have no responsibility or liability for any damage to RESIDENT’S premises or property, for failure to inspect.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE RESIDENT. Resident to Pay "General Services Charge", Scheme Operator to Pay Scheme Operator's Proportion
6.1 The Resident shall, in respect of each month of the term of this Residence Contract (and regardless of whether or not the Resident continues in actual occupation of the Residential Unit), pay to the Scheme Operator a "General Services Charge" calculated in accordance with Clauses 6.4 and 6.5 hereof.
6.2 The "General Services Charge" and any other moneys which may become payable by the Resident to the Scheme Operator pursuant to this Agreement shall be paid, without any deduction whatsoever, to the Scheme Operator or to any person or persons appointed in writing by the Scheme Operator to receive the same.
6.3 The "General Services Charge" payable pursuant to this Agreement shall constitute a debt due to the Scheme Operator; and subject to Section 104 of the Act shall bear interest from the date due for payment until the date of actual payment calculated on monthly rests at the rate of interest equal to the rate of interest charged by the Commonwealth Trading Bank on secured overdraft facilities of less than $100,000.00 and shall be recoverable from the Resident in any Court of competent jurisdiction.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE RESIDENT. The Resident agrees to devote his/her full and undivided professional time to the requirements of his/her training program during the one (1) term of the Agreement and agrees not to accept employment or provide services outside the Medical Center without prior express written permission of the Program Director. In no event will such outside activity be approved if the Program Director believes the activity will interfere with the Resident’s responsibility in connection with the Program. The Medical Center’s malpractice liability will not cover any extramural activities or employment. The Resident represents that he/she has satisfied all of the requirements for acceptance into an approved residency program as defined by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education as delineated in the “Essentials of Accredited Residencies in Graduate Medical Education”. If a foreign citizen, the Resident agrees that prior to the commencement of this agreement, he/she shall obtain and possess all required visas and, if a foreign medical graduate, ECFMG Certificate or the equivalent. The Resident agrees to observe the general rules and regulations for residents, as adopted from time to time by the Medical Center and agrees to adhere to all rules and regulations of his/her particular Department and to follow policies, procedures, bylaws, rules and regulations adopted from time to time by the Medical Center. Such materials shall be made available to the Resident upon execution of the Agreement and at any time upon request. The Medical Center shall comply with comprehensive, fair, and reasonable policies regarding grievance procedures and due process, where applicable. These policies minimize conflicts of interest in adjudication of grievances and include, but are not limited to, grievance procedures and due process for disciplinary actions taken against residents, for resident complaints and grievances related to the work environment, sexual and other harassment, discrimination, and accommodation of House Staff Officers with disabilities.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE RESIDENT. The Resident shall have the following obligations:
A. The Resident shall not assign the Lease or sub-lease or transfer possession of the Unit or any part thereof.
B. The Resident shall not permit occupancy of the Premises by any person not listed on the Lease.
C. The Resident shall not provide accommodations for borders or lodgers or unauthorized residents.
D. The Resident shall use the Premises solely as a private dwelling for Resident and Resident’s household as identified and authorized in this Lease and not to use or permit its use for any other purposes. The Premises shall be Resident’s sole primary place of residence.
E. The Resident shall ensure that all members of Resident’s household, and any guest or visitor, or any other person under Resident’s control lives in a peaceful way, respecting the right of other residents to comfort, safety, privacy, security, and peaceful enjoyment.
F. The Resident shall abide by all rules and regulations issued by the Landlord, including but not limited to Landlord’s Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy for the benefit and well-being of the housing community and the residents, which regulations shall be available for review at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000, or at the Property Management Office. Violation of such rules and regulations constitute a violation of this Lease, provided; however, that any such regulations shall be consistent with the terms of this Lease. In the event of a conflict between any such rule or regulation and any provision of this Lease, the provision of the Lease shall govern.
G. The Resident shall comply with all applicable provisions of building and housing codes materially affecting health and safety.
H. The Resident shall maintain the Premises, adjacent grounds, and areas as may be assigned to Resident’s exclusive use in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.
I. The Resident shall dispose of all garbage, rubbish, trash, and other waste from the Premises in a sanitary and safe manner and deposit household rubbish, trash, garbage and other waste in disposal receptacles provided by the Landlord or be assessed a charge of Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
J. The Resident shall use the electrical, plumbing, sanitary, heating, ventilating, air-conditioning and other facilities and appurtenances in a safe and reasonable matter.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE RESIDENT a. RESIDENT agrees to accept the educational and patient care obligations inherent in the residency training program in a manner consistent with the obligations of the resident delineated in the “Essential of Accredited Residencies” of the Residency Review Committee for Pediatrics as approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
b. RESIDENT agrees to comply with all regulations, policies, and bylaws of the HOSPITAL and all laws and regulations to which the HOSPITAL and RESIDENT are subject. RESIDENT agrees to comply with policies of the Xxxxxx State University Boonshoft School of Medicine (WSUBSOM) pertinent to resident responsibilities. (Refer to Resident and Fellow manual of the WSUBSOM)
c. Medical Records – The HOSPITAL bylaws and the Resident and Fellow Manual of the WSUBSOM lists criteria, which must be fulfilled throughout the residency. The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations requires timely completion of patient charts. Charts at the HOSPITAL are to be completed by RESIDENT in charge of patient’s care. Charts must be completed in accordance with HOSPITAL policy on completion of medical records which is outlined in the WSUBSOM Pediatric Residency Manual.
