Referral Management. Healthstat will support appropriate referrals to health care providers within the system according to operating standards developed by Healthstat and Employer. When referring or recommending health care outside the Clinic, the Clinician will discuss referral options with the patient and offer recommendations based on health care quality, cost, cooperation with the Healthstat providers, and in network status. Healthstat will ensure that the Clinician fulfills this service, will provide support through appropriate resources and technology, and will report on referral patterns and activity during the Quarterly Meetings.
Referral Management. As part of a project initiated in Wandsworth to review the increasing outpatient referral trends in Wandsworth, a Referral Management (RM) GP working group was established in October 2010 to:  Review national referral schemes;  Assess feedback from main stakeholder groups;  Agree a proposal for Wandsworth CCG; and  Provide clinical input. The Wandsworth Referral Management Programme was subsequently devised to support GPs and patients in their outpatient referral decision making. Its primary aims are:  Improving the patient experience and pathway;  Supporting GPs in decision making; and  Obtaining feedback from everyone who uses the process.

For referrals to the MTF for specialty care, travel time shall not exceed one hour under normal circumstances. Right of first refusal is defined as providing the MTF with an opportunity to review each referral from a civilian provider to determine if the MTF has the capability and capacity to provide the medical care and ancillary services previously identified in the MTF/MCSC MOD. All referrals shall be processed in accordance with TRICARE Operations Manual Chapter 8, Section 5.

  • Asset Management Supplier will: i) maintain an asset inventory of all media and equipment where Accenture Data is stored. Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.
