Streets and Municipal Services 4.1 Off-Site Disturbance Any disturbance to existing off-site infrastructure resulting from the development, including but not limited to, streets, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, street trees, landscaped areas and utilities, shall be the responsibility of the Developer, and shall be reinstated, removed, replaced or relocated by the Developer as directed by the Development Officer, in consultation with the Development Engineer.

School Operations The School’s governing board shall be solely responsible for the operation of the school and exercise continuing oversight over the School’s operations. The School’s governing board will define and refine policies regarding educational philosophy, and oversee assessment and accountability procedures to assure that the School’s student performance standards are met or exceeded.
Municipal Services Commencing on the effective date of annexation, the City will provide the municipal services set forth below. As used in this Agreement, “providing services” includes having services provided by any method or means by which the City may extend municipal services to any other area of the City. School Business A teacher may be granted temporary leave to conduct business for the school system at the direction of the Superintendent.
Routes All bus stops and bus routes will be mutually agreed upon prior to the start of the school year. Additional stops will not be added until approved by Boys & Girls Clubs and reviewed for safety and approved by the School Board’s Transportation Department. Route changes, if approved, will require seven (7) calendar days from the date of request to the date of implementation. Special needs transportation requests must be made a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the requested date of implementation.
