Register of Agreements records all the Investment Agreements with respect to their address, status, transaction type and detailed arrangements, parties, procedural schedules for exercising special rights, and other relevant information;
Register of Agreements. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 e) of Act. No. 340/2015 Coll. on special conditions for the effectiveness of certain agreements, publication of such agreements on the register of agreements (Act on the Register of Agreements), as amended, the Client is an entity required to publish concluded private agreements. The BUSARA agrees with publication of this Agreement, including its amendments, in the manner and within the scope of the said Act. The Client undertakes to ensure compliance with this obligation within the statutory period.
Register of Agreements. The Sponsor hereby ackonwledges that the Institution is obliged to publish information in accordance with Act no. 340/2015 Sb., on Agreements Register. The Parties agree that the Agreement will be published by Institution. The version of this Agreement intended for publication will be prepared by Sponsor and sent in an machine-readable format to the following email address XXXXXXXXXXXX.xx at the latest on the date of the last signature of this Agreement. Any information which constitutes trade secret of either Party is exempted from such publication. For the purposes of this Agreement, trade secrets include, but are not limited to, Attachment A – Budget and payment schedule, minimum enrollment goal, expected number of Study subjects enrolled and the expected duration of the Study. Furthermore, personal data of the individuals are also exempted from publication, unless they have been previously published in another public register. For the purposes of publication in the Register of Agreements, the approximate total value of this Agreement is CZK 1 067 657. Podmínky této Smlouvy, jež obsahují práva a povinnosti, jež svojí povahou překračují okamžik dokončení Studie, zůstanou závazné i v případě ukončení či vypršení platnosti této Smlouvy, a to i v případě, že tak není v této Smlouvě výslovně uvedeno. 18.7. Registr smluv Zadavatel/CRO bere na vědomí, že Zdravotnické zařízení je povinno zveřejňovat informace v souladu se zákonem č. 340/2015 Sb., o registru smluv. Smluvní strany se dohodly, že Zdravotnické zařízení zveřejní verzi této Smlouvy, kterou mu za tímto účelem připraví a poskytne Zadavatel nejpozději v den podpisu této Smlouvy, a to v strojově čitelném formátu v elektronické podobě zasláním na emailovou adresu XXXXXXXXXXXX. Takovémuto uveřejnění nepodléhají ty údaje, které tvoří obchodní tajemství některé ze smluvních stran. Dle této Smlouvy se obchodním tajemstvím rozumí zejména Příloha A - Rozpočet a platební přehled, minimální cílový počet zařazení, očekávaný zařazený počet subjektů a očekávaná délka trvání Studie. Dále nebudou takovémuto uveřejnění podléhat osobní údaje fyzických osob, ledaže jsou již zveřejněny v jiném veřejně přístupném registru. Pro účely zveřejnění této smlouvy v Registru smluv je předpokládaná celková hodnota této smlouvy 1 067 657 Kč.
