The purpose of processing the personal data of the Participant is the implementation of the business acceleration program and the fulfillment of obligations under this Contract. The legal basis for the lawfulness of the processing of personal data of the Contracting Party/natural person is Art. 6 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter “GDPR”) and § 13 par. 1 letter b) of Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws as amended. The provision of personal data of the Participant is necessary for the proper conclusion and performance of this Contract, the consequence of non-provision of personal data is non-conclusion of this Contract.

  • Collection of Personal Information 10.1 The Subscriber acknowledges and consents to the fact that the Company is collecting the Subscriber's personal information for the purpose of fulfilling this Subscription Agreement and completing the Offering.
