Minimum Enrollment Sample Clauses

Minimum Enrollment. A minimum of eighty (80) fully completed and signed enrollment applications signed by parents and approved by the Charter School for enrollment shall be received by May 31, 2016, and this documentation shall be promptly provided to the School Board. Failure to provide copies of eighty (80) fully completed and approved enrollment applications to the School Board within ten (10) business days of May 31, 2016 will be deemed a violation of this Agreement.
Minimum Enrollment. A minimum of 4 students must register for UW credit for a course to be eligible for the UWHS program and for the registered students to receive UW credit. Ifa course does not reach this minimum enrollment, the course is cancelled for UW credit and any UW-registered students are issued full refunds. The School may still run the course for high school credit only.

Minimum Enrollment. The Charter School shall have a minimum of eighty (80) students. Failure to meet this minimum will be deemed a violation of this Agreement.
Minimum Enrollment. The minimum enrollment for financial viability depends on the financial status of the school at the moment. It is expected that the minimum enrollment for financial viability is approximately 180 students, or about an average of 20 students per class, extending for longer than six months. A more precise estimate will be available three months prior to school opening. As enrollment approaches the minimum for financial viability, the Board of Directors shall take action including, but not limited to, the following:  Increase enrollment demand through a marketing campaign.  Increase fund-raising from external sources through the PFA.  Request voluntary donations from parents.  Eliminate or defer expenses.  Prepare for the termination of operation as necessary.
Minimum Enrollment. The Employer must maintain a minimum enrollment agreed upon by Alliant. Any such agreement shall be in writing, and shall constitute a part of this Group Contract. Alliant may terminate this Group Contract by giving the Employer 31 days' prior written notice in the event enrollment falls below this minimum.

The Governing Board may submit a revised budget and, if applicable, School plan, to the Authorizer. If the Authorizer reasonably determines that the plan is viable at a sufficient level of quality, this Contract shall be amended to include the new minimum enrollment and any agreed-upon change in plans.
