REHEARSAL LENGTH. 12.2.1. All chorus rehearsals shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours in length, except as otherwise provided in paragraph 12.2.4. below. When there are five (5) or more music rehearsals for an individual CHORISTER, all music rehearsals for that CHORISTER shall be a minimum of three (3) hours in length. 12.2.2. Any rehearsal time more than three (3) hours in length shall be compensated as overtime except for final Piano and Orchestra Dress Rehearsals which rehearsals shall be an allowable four (4) hours straight time and any time after four hours shall be compensated as overtime. 12.2.3. Overtime shall be paid in fifteen (15) minute increments at the rate of time and one-half. 12.2.4. All CHORISTERS engaged to sing a chorus bit may receive up to two (2) coachings paid in a minimum of one (1) hour in length with the Chorus Master or another member of the Music Staff. Alternatively, roles may be coached during a previously-scheduled chorus rehearsal, as time allows, for no additional compensation. If the coaching time exceeds the scheduled chorus rehearsal hours, then CHORISTER will be compensated at the prevailing rate as detailed above.
