Rehiring. 15.01 Employees who terminate their employment and are rehired within one (1) year shall not have to serve a probationary period and shall be entitled to seniority from the date of rehire. The employee shall receive the after probation rate of the appropriate job classification.

Rehiring. 15.01 17.01 Employees who terminate their employment and are rehired within one three (13) year months shall not have to serve a probationary period and shall be entitled to begin accumulating seniority from for hours worked in accordance with Article 16, starting on the date of rehire. The employee shall receive the after probation rate of pay at one level lower than their wage rate when they terminated their employment if returning to the appropriate job same classification. If the employee is rehired to work in a different classification, she shall receive the start rate.
