Reimbursement for jury service. (i) A full-time or part-time employee required to attend for jury service during his/her ordinary working hours will be entitled to receive the amount of wage he/she would have received in respect of the ordinary time he/she would have worked had he/she not been on jury service, The employee will be required to pay to the Company monies in respect of the amount paid for the jury service performed.
