Reimbursement for Unused Sick Leave. Teachers who end employment in USD 320 shall be reimbursed for unused sick leave in the following manner: A teacher who has accumulated sick leave that is greater than one-half the number of days which that teacher can accumulate in the years he/she has served in this district shall receive with the final check the following:
