Reinstatement after Termination. Notwithstanding any termination of this Lease Agreement in accordance with Section 7.1, this Agreement shall be fully reinstated, and the County shall be restored to the use, occupancy and possession of the Leased Property if the conditions set forth in Section 6.3 are satisfied.
