Common use of Reinstatement from Leave Clause in Contracts

Reinstatement from Leave. Any bargaining unit member on Sabbatical Leave, Sick Leave, Family Leave, Maternity Leave and Child Care Leave, Professional Leave, Exchange Teacher Leave, Personal Leave, Jury Duty, or Military Leave will be entitled to reinstatement on the same basis as if he or she had not been on leave.
