Common use of Reinstatement of Hours Clause in Contracts

Reinstatement of Hours. So long as an individual within the classification is entitled to a reinstatement of hours pursuant to applicable Education Code provisions or this Article, no person may be employed in the classification until those unit members within the classification who have been reduced have been offered the position. However, this limitation does not require that the hours of that position be apportioned among those in the classification who have been reduced.
