Contracted Hours. Each Worker will be issued with a deal memo specifying the main conditions of their engagement (the “Deal Memo”) and setting out the standard contracted hours which the Worker is required to work before Overtime (as defined in Clause 7 of the Core Terms) is due (“Contracted Hours”).
