Rejected Claims. In the event that JPMorgan is notified by the claims administrator that it has rejected a claim, JPMorgan will use reasonable care to contact the Customer and discuss, in good faith, how to cure the rejected claim, if possible.
Rejected Claims. The employee must note any claim on his own time card during the shift such claim occurs. In the case of time claimed by the employee but disallowed by the Employer, the full detailed written and dated explanation must be given to the employee within fourteen (14) days of the date the claim was submitted.
Rejected Claims. In the case of time claimed by the employee, but disallowed by the Employer, a full detailed written explanation must be given to the employee as soon as possible but in no event longer than ten (10) days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Rejected Claims. In the event that X.X. Xxxxxx is notified by the administrator that it has rejected a claim, X.X. Xxxxxx will notify the Customer via X.X. Xxxxxx’x website or other online reporting tool.
Rejected Claims. The Settlement Administrator may reject any claim that does not include the required information, documentation, or certification specified in the previous subsections. The Settlement Administrator may investigate any claim, including by requesting from the Class Member additional documentation to determine whether the claim is valid. If the Settlement Administrator rejects a claim, it will advise the Class Member who submitted it of the reason(s) for the rejection (e.g., missing information, documentation or certification, ineligibility to submit a claim, claim does not involve MFT in a Class Vehicle). If a claim is rejected due to missing information or documentation, the Settlement Administrator will give the Class Member thirty days to resubmit that claim along with additional information, so long as the claim was originally submitted by the deadline to submit the claim. The Settlement Administrator will copy Class Counsel on all rejected claims.
Rejected Claims. Ford may reject any claim that does not include the required information specified above. Xxxx reserves the right to investigate the claim, including by requesting further documentation in order to determine whether the claim is valid. If Xxxx rejects the claim, it will advise the Settlement Class Member of the reason for the rejection (e.g., missing information, ineligibility for a refund). If the claim is rejected due to missing information, Xxxx will give the Settlement Class Member 30 days to resubmit the claim with additional information, so long as the original claim was submitted by the deadline noted above.
Rejected Claims. If the Claims Administrator rejects a claim as not meeting the terms or provisions of this Agreement, the Administrator shall so notify the claimant in writing.
Rejected Claims. (a) This Clause 6.6 shall not apply to any claims subject to arbitration pursuant to Clause 6.9 (Arbitration Claims).

Rejected Claims. After the expiration of the Claims Period, the Claims Administrator shall submit a report to Class Counsel regarding the basis for rejection of any claims (the “Rejected Claims”). Any disputes over Rejected Claims shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions within Section XI.M. of this Settlement Agreement. Upon reasonable notice, the Claims Administrator will provide to Class Counsel reasonable verification that it is implementing and complying with the terms of this Settlement.
